Hard to believe that it's almost been a year since the Great Kanto/Tohoku Earthquake hit Japan. Via TV Japan, NHK has been showing the past/present/future effects of this quake for the past several days. I can imagine that from tomorrow night our time, the coverage will be pretty much wall-to-wall...almost as if the quake had again occurred.
One year ago, I never would've imagined that I would be back here permanently in Toronto. I was thinking that I would at least live another few years in Japan or even just staying on there for the rest of my life. My lifepath literally got a jolt on March 11, 2011.
